This heavy duty, commercial grade candle mould is made to run for life. One can use it for home use or even as a self employment machine to start with. You can easily take 10-12 usage cycle in a day to make more & more candles.
 
The candle came out of it will be approx. 30gm in weight with 1.3cm diameter & height of 17.8cm. The mold have cavity for candle stand, while you can make it without stand also by short filling.
 
The mould weight is around 2.5 kg.
 
How to use:
 
- Open the brackets (locks) of mould, The mould will appear in three parts
 
- One part has got the hook at top with screws at top and bottom back, it will be used to tie the cotton wick.
 
- Take one end of cotton wick and tie it firmly at one end corner
 
- Bring wick from top to down roll it to the screw at bottom back, and then take it to next screw at botton then to the top and so on to create the mesh of the wick in the mould. (refer the picture)
 
- There is wick guide in the mould to place the wick firmly and correctly.
 
- Finally tie the other end of wick to the last screw
 
- Close the mould and tighly lock the brackets back
 
- Melt the wax with additive and colors and bring it at around 60 degree.
 
- Take the molten wax and carefully pour from the top of mould. Fill the candle cavities till the top of mould and leave it for 1 hrs.
 
- After 1 hrs, you will see that wax have settled down in the mould. You need to refill again till the top of the mould. Then leave it again for next 1 hours
 
- Cut the wick from the screw ends, open the brackets and then the mould.
 
- Take out your candles, and its ready
 
In case the candles are not coming out easily, just put the mould with candles in refrigerator for 20 minutes and the candles will release the mould easily.
